15 minutes of NTC (legs) 

20 minute walk and run intervals 

10 minutes of either dancing or the elliptical

(i’m also going to start posting my intake for today so i know i have no excuse to mess up a third day)

i’m going to be honest with you. my eating hasn’t been good these past two days although i have exercised, usually its the other way round :/ today i’m back on track with both eating and exercise though because i’m not going to let two days of confusion phase me!
